The Extreme Sport Bean with caffeine are amazing. I have used them for several long training runs and races. Since I eat three hours before a big race, I often take a serving 15 minutes before the start of a race. I also replenish my supply taking them 40 minutes after the start of the race to give me kick. It takes about 15 minutes to get into your bloodstream.

I use these while hiking, training and walking marathons for sustained energy. Love them and won't leave home for an event without them. The packaging is a little awkward to open after many miles of activity so I put them in a ziplock snack bag before heading out.

I use the product when I train to run races. It is very easy to eat "on the run". It has a great flavor and satisfies my sweet and sour side. I also eat them midday - 2 - 3 o'clock -to pick me up and get me through the rest of the day. I snack on them when I"m getting ready to practice my ballroom dancing- bring on the cha cha!! Since they are only 100 cal a bag, I don't feel like I'm being too bad.
