I know it's supposed to be a mixture but it was probably 90% raspberry & blackberry candies. I was very disappointed.

I'm another victim of the Raspberries and Blackberries hodgepodge attack. They're good for two pieces then get sickening. If you love the Raspberries and Blackberries from Jelly Belly, this will be your heaven. 2.3 pounds of them with only a few meddling candy corn and beans to get in the way. For the rest of us, stay far, far, far, far, away.

Berries Galore!

The bag we got was 95% berries (red and black). They are yummy, but for some reason, I was expecting more of a mixture of other things. There were some candy corn, and some regular jelly beans, but not much beyond those 3 candies. Still, I managed to choke them down anyway...

Ordered these on two seperate occasions. For a "random" selection, they sure were consistant with the content. Getting the same three candies and nothing else in both orders was quite a letdown.

What we liked most about this product was the fun way we were surprised by it's content. Not knowing what we were going to get added suspense to our day. I am basically health conscious but have a definite sweet tooth so this really hit the spot.

This is my second bag, and the content was exactly the same as the first- mostly candy corn and about 20% each of the berry things and the minty things. Not a very good representation of their confections at all.

Candy was good, but I was disappointed that it was mostly (2/3 of it?) just candy corn (cheapest available?) and cherry sour balls. I bought my mix not long after Halloween, so that might explain it being heavy with candy corn at least.

I almost did not order because of some reviews saying this was messy with melted chocolate etc. My bag was in good shape, No chocolate which was OK because this is summer after all. Most of the mix was the black and red berries and candy corn. There were some jelly beans in it also. This was a nice summer mix. I will order it again.

Little to be desired in this mix

I've ordered hodge podge mix before and the mixture was great. A big variety of different items. This time I was not so lucky. All that was in my mix was the jelly berries, candy corn and jelly beans. The jelly beans seemed very old. the others were tasty, but you can only eat so much of a few things. I would have enjoyed a better variety like I got last time. I guess it's a chance you take. I would cautiously recommend this product.
