The neoprene pouch works great IF the runner slides the strap of their waist pack through it. (Simply clipping it to clothing or a waist pack isn't enough.) The strap plus clip keep the pouch upright so none of the sports beans fall out when running. I purchased 2 pouches, each holds 2 bags of beans -- enough to get me through a marathon. Both pouches fit on my waist pack.
